Child-Centred Social Accountability (CCSA) Endline Evaluation

AfroTech Horizons conducted the endline evaluation of Save the Children Tanzania’s Child-Centred Social Accountability programme. The CCSA programme aimed to strengthen community-level accountability mechanisms for child rights across health and education sectors. The evaluation assessed changes in community awareness, citizen engagement with service providers, and improvements in service delivery responsiveness. AfroTech employed participatory evaluation methodologies including child-friendly data collection tools, ensuring the voices and perspectives of children were meaningfully captured in the final evidence base.
