AfroTech Horizons partnered with the Tanzania Women Entrepreneurs Association (TAWEA) to deliver a capacity development training programme and conduct a baseline survey assessment for women entrepreneurs across multiple regions. The capacity-building component strengthened TAWEA members’ skills in business planning, financial literacy, and market linkages. The baseline survey established key performance indicators for the association’s programming, capturing data on enterprise performance, access to finance, and women’s economic empowerment outcomes. The combined deliverables provided TAWEA with both the skills and the evidence base needed to drive their organisational strategy forward.
